Estimated shipping and delivery times are provided on our Shipping Policy page and are approximate, not guaranteed. Because products are shipped from third-party suppliers, delivery times may vary and are outside of our direct control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.

Informal Resolution: If a dispute arises, we encourage you to first contact us at support@teakwoodhollow.com so we can attempt to resolve the issue informally.

Venue: If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree that any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, or, where eligible, through small claims court in your jurisdiction. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Severability
