Returns Policy

We want you to love your Teakwood Hollow Co. purchase. If something isn't right, here's how our returns process works.

Return Window

You may return your item(s) for a refund or store credit, provided the return is shipped back to us within 14 days of the date you received your order. Returns shipped after this window will not be accepted.

Condition of Returned Items

We accept returns on all items. To help ensure your return is processed smoothly, please repackage the item securely to prevent damage during return transit.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping costs (where applicable) are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, email us at support@teakwoodhollow.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll provide you with the return shipping address and any additional instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. You may choose to receive your refund via:

Original payment method, or
Store credit

Please indicate your preference when you contact us to start your return. Refunds via original payment method may take additional time to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at support@teakwoodhollow.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll work with you to make it right, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@teakwoodhollow.com. We can only cancel orders that have not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.
